Halm built-in motors
for your individual drive solution
Drive components particularly designed according to our specifications. these are the Halm built-in motors: flexible asynchronous squirrel-cage modules, consisting of winded and impregnated stators and rotors including shaft, which can be included into your particular application.
They are especially suited for the operation in systems and applications which require individual drives with few space. We develop, produce and distribute them in customised design with the following design parameters:
- Overall size 56 - 112
- Alternating or three-phase current
- 2-, 4-, 6- or 8-pole design
- Switchable poles
- Rated power 60 W - 7,5 kW
- Rated voltage 12 V - 1.000 V
- Also available with flexible voltage ranges
- Isolation classes B, F and H
- Suited for frequency converter operation
- Rotor unit with squirrel-cage in pure aluminium or Silumin
- Special shafts included, e.g. with front end thread, hitching nut etc.
Examples for the application are tube, spindle and actuating drives for the operation in conveying systems, in construction machines and machine tools respectively in process technology, systems and supply engineering.
As one of the very few suppliers on the market we further offer - sufficient quantity provided - built-in stators with special outlines.
