Due to the enormous range of technologies available within the Halm group we can produce small, medium-sized and large volumes both economically and ready-for-use for your application.

Methods applied     

• Manual insertion
  Trained specialists manually insert prototypes, small volumes or special outlines. Advantage: low tooling costs 

• Semi-automatic insertion
  For medium-sized series the windings are transferred from winding machines onto stuffing tools and inserted automatically

• Fully automated insertion
  High volumes are coiled and inserted in one single step on fully automatic machines.

Examples for applications

Frequent applications are, similarly to the Halm built-in motors, tube, spindle and actuating drives for the operation in conveying systems, in construction machines and machine tools respectively in process technology, systems and supply engineering.
